Welcome to Lauren Slade Psychology
Hi! Nice to meet you. My name is Lauren, and I’m a Registered Psychologist. I offer online therapy services to adults living in Alberta. My areas of focus include trauma, complex trauma, relational trauma and the array of symptoms and impacts that come with these overwhelming experiences. I’m passionate about helping people feel more in control of their lives by using evidence-based approaches to increase self-understanding, build resilience and improve emotional well-being. With my training and experience, I’m able to offer an adaptive approach to therapy that is tailored to your unique needs.
My practice modalities include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD (CPT). In our first session, I’ll work hard to get a clear idea of what you want to focus on in therapy, including your hopes and goals for the work. With this information, we’ll make a plan together on the best approach to achieve the success you’re looking for.
To book a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit, contact me here. Or give me a call at (587) 316-4252.
