Welcome to Lauren Slade Psychology
I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Lauren, and I’m a Registered Psychologist passionate about helping people find their way. I offer online therapy services to adults living in Alberta. My skills, expertise and experience are an ideal fit for those striving to break generational patterns and be better versions of themselves.
If you’re looking to increase self-understanding and self confidence, build resilience and improve emotional well-being, I can offer a variety of evidence-based approaches to help facilitate these changes. My training and experience allow me to offer an adaptive approach to therapy that is tailored to your unique needs.
My practice modalities include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD (CPT). In our first session, I’ll work hard to get a clear idea of what you want to focus on in therapy, including your hopes and goals for the work. With this information, we’ll make a plan together on the best approach to achieve the success you’re looking for.
Of course, the work doesn’t stop there. It is important to me that you feel you’re getting the most out of therapy. During our work I’ll continuously check in with you on progress, elicit feedback on my performance and ensure you feel we’re heading in the right direction.
To schedule a free 15-minute consultation to determine whether we’re a good fit, book here now. If you have any questions, you can contact me here.
Find your invincible calm, within the chaos.
